The Snippet is a free weekly publication that is distributed to coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, business centres, actually anywhere that people wait. It operates on a local basis and is unique in many respects.
This is NOT a home-based publishing business. We provide all the editorial, printing and design aspect of the business. A single territory of The Snippet, once established, can be run on an extremely part-time basis (one day a week). Alternatively, by investing in additional territories, this can be a highly lucrative full time or even managed business. We can show you how you can present the advertising opportunity to 20+ different local business’s in an hour and a half meeting.
Although printed and distributed weekly, advertisers pay for 13 week blocks with money paid upfront. Once up and running, this is a lovely business to maintain based upon good relationships with your distributors and advertisers:
- You only need to sell 28 adverts initially for the first quarter
- High Repeat Business – the current renewal rate is 60% (17 advertisers) which only leaves 11 adverts to sell 4 times a year
