Focus Care Consultants was formed as a result of service demand from single and small group providers that required a specialist management service to support them to improve their service delivery, care plan documentation and quality assurance processes. It’s our business to share the knowledge and experience that has been gained, with our clients so that they can strive to achieve good star ratings from the Quality Care Commission or Scottish Care Commission.

All Our consultants have past experience of working for either national and small providers in senior management or director roles. All have managed 30 beds and upward care homes. Each Individual consultant specialises in crisis management, Human Resources, Health and Safety aspects of a care home, staff training and the development of policy and procedures.
